Under the direction of PGA, professional Coach Barla, the indoor golf experience at Barla Golf Academy is Indy’s newest, fun & digital way for juniors to learn and develop a passion for the game.
- Our PGA Junior League program is open to boys & girls, ages 7 – 17. Our program will be divided into 2 age groups: Ages 7 – 9, and Ages 10-17. No experience necessary.
- Kids will learn the game of golf, solid fundamentals during fun and informative practices and indoor matches with our Cutting-Edge Training/Practice Simulators, Foresight Sports GCQuad and GC3 Launch Monitors, and Smart2Move Dual Force Plates.

Match Schedule: Sundays at 3:00pm Rain or Shine: Dates: 2/22, 3/1, 3/8, 3/15 and Family Team Party 3/22/26.
Time: 3:00 pm – 5:30 pm
PLAYER & FAMILY MEETING: Monday, February 16 2026 – 6:00-7:00PM – Opportunity to meet Coaches, Free Equipment Evaluation & FAQ Session.
Practice Schedule: Our Big Birdies Team (Ages 7-9) and our Blue Eagles Team (10-17) practice on Tuesdays or Wednesdays from 6:00pm – 7:00pm. All matches begin at 3:00pm on Sunday afternoons. (All matches are 2-player team formats) There is a maximum of 16 players for the program.“

Wall of Champions Spotlight: Mallory Jaske
Freshman Standout • 3rd Place Sectional Finish • Precision Built
As a freshman on the Cathedral High School Girls Golf Team, Mallory Jaske made an immediate varsity impact—emerging as a front-line player in a season defined by youth, depth, and postseason success.
“Youth was a big part of 2025 Cathedral High School girls golf, with an experienced team—with a boost from a seriously talented freshman—turning in a memorable season with postseason success and a foundation laid,” said Head Coach Nick Jamell.
“It was a great season.”
In Coach Jamell’s third year at the helm, Cathedral posted second-place finishes in both the City Tournament and the Section 18 Tournament, with Mallory Jaske firmly establishing herself as a cornerstone of the program’s present and future.
Mallory won the City Tournament title, carding a 74 at South Grove, and followed it with a 3rd-place finish at the Sectional Tournament, shooting 93 at Maple Creek Golf Club.
“It was a great start to her career, for sure,” Jamell added.
That success was no accident.
Mallory trains under Coach Scott Barla at Barla Golf Academy, where her preparation extends well beyond swing mechanics. In addition to performance coaching and competitive mindset training, Coach Barla personally fitted Mallory’s golf clubs, ensuring her equipment matched her swing dynamics, physical development, and competitive demands.
