Rachael Johnson

My name is Rachel Johnson and I am from Anderson, Indiana. I started golfing at the age of 5 but entered my first competative tournament at 8. I was an active memeber of the Indiana Junior Golf Asocaiton where I played at evey level. In 2011 and 2012 I was named Indiana Girls Player of the Year. I went to Yorktown High School where as a team we won the 2012 IHSAA State Championship. After high school I attended Chicago State, I had a good freshman year with 7 top 10 finishes. At the end of the season I decided to transfer to Missouri State University. As a team we won the Missouri Valley Conference Championship in 2017 and 2018 and moved on to the NCAA regional. In 2018 (my junior year) I won the Missouri Valley Conference Individually. At the end of my college carreer in 2019, I had won 3 events, had over 15 top 10 finishes, and had the honor of MVC Golfer of the week 5 times. I didnt want to give up the game, so I decided I wanted to play professionally. I am currently playing in the Women’s All Pros Tour and my first tournament starts in March! This tour is the first step on the road to the LPGA and I am very excited to see what this summer brings!

Tanya Olson

As A high school athlete, Tanya competed in softball, basketball and golf. Although she competed nationally in softball at the age of 10 it was golf that ultimately became her passion. After winning 4 regional titles in a state championship, she became Miss Kentucky Golf and earned a 4 year full scholarship to the University of South Florida. After graduating with a 4.0 in Public Relations and Communications, Tanya remained in the golf world through sales at the PGA National Resort and Spa. From there, she landed in the Chicago suburbs as Marketing Director at Naperville Country Club for the next 8 years. After that, she started a company instructing women and children in the game of golf, and later volunteered as an assistant coach for the local college golf team. From 2011 to 2018, Tanya was the director of golf for the National Scouting Report.

While Tanya is excited to help student-athletes achieve their goals and grow into successful college competitors, she continues to compete nationally herself. She’s a two-time participant of the Women’s USGA Amateur, as well as a five-time participant in the Women’s USGA Mid Amateur. Due to her continued participation in national events, she’s still very much in tune with the dedication required to be a successful athlete. Tanya has been consulting college athletes for more than 12 years. In that time, she has successfully placed over 140 student athletes. Tanya currently resides in Naperville, IL, with her husband Chris and two dogs, Sampson and Shelby.
