Barla Golf Academy now offering Private SuperSpeed Training. A great way to continue improving your golf game throughout the winter months.
This SuperSpeed training consists of six 30 Minute training sessions for six consecutive weeks to build up strength/conditioning and muscle memory. This course utilizes hands-on instruction with the SuperSpeed Training System. Sessions will take place at the Indoor Golf Center at the Sahm Clubhouse.
